What Makes Us Different

In-House Electronic Security Solutions, Consulting & Investigations:

Titan Security Group is a full-service security provider. We have the internal capability to consult with clients to develop cost-effective manpower and electronic solutions to security issues, and we have licensed Private Investigators to help our clients with any investigative need. In addition off-duty Police Officers are available to work special details when the need arises with our clients.

Twenty-four Hour Dispatch Center:

Titan Security operates its own 24/7 Dispatch Center to service our customers at any time of the day or night. Our Dispatch Center processes all telephone calls and radio calls from the field after normal business hours. Thus, when an issue arises overnight, our clients are not limited to talking to the voice mail of an account manager. Our phone is always answered by an experienced security professional that is prepared to resolve any security issue which may arise outside normal office hours.

Specially Assigned Account Managers:

Titan expects to provide unrivalled customer service. We accomplish this, by providing an experienced account manager. Who will assure that our service is second to none.

Trained Back-up Personnel:

Titan Security has a policy of insuring that there are trained back-up officers available to work at all of its sites so that a rapid response is available when fill-in or extra officers are needed at a site.

Downtown & Suburban Offices:

Titan has two offices within the Chicagoland area; one in the downtown area to support our clients within the City of Chicago and our branch office in the Downers Grove area to support our suburban clients.

On-Site Uniform Capability:

Titan has its own on-site uniform inventory and fitting room where officers can obtain, exchange or alter uniforms as appropriate to satisfy the needs of our client sites.

Active, Professional Management:

Titan’s management is highly qualified and very active in the security industry. Titan is an associate member of the Chicago Building Owners and Management Association (Downtown BOMA) and the Suburban Chicago BOMA. All members of the Titan Security Group are fully licensed by the Illinois Division of Professional Responsibility, and each member of management has received or is qualified to receive all necessary licenses from the IDPR.

Union Cooperation:

Titan has jurisdictional contracts with Local 1, S.E.I.U., which covers the metropolitan Chicago area, including both suburban locations and the downtown office (BOMA) locations. Titan actively participates in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with Local 1 in a cooperative effort to increase the professionalism of security officers throughout the area.
