About Us
Titan Security has provided contract security services since 1977. In the early 1990s David Pack brought his expertise to Titan and he became principal owner in 1994. To begin providing a full-range of security services, David also organized Titan Electronics, Inc. and On Guard Training Academy, Inc. in 1994. Together these entities form what we call The Titan Security Group.
The Titan Security Group includes three operating companies, which work in the following areas: contract security services, electronic equipment design, installation and service, and the training academy. Each company has its own chain of command and can operate independently from the others. When servicing a mutual client, however, all companies cooperate to prepare an action plan designed to provide the most effective and cost-efficient blend of security-related resources to each client.
Active, Professional Management
Titan’s management is highly qualified and very active in the security industry. Titan is an associate member of the Chicago Building Owners and Management Association (Downtown BOMA) and the Suburban Chicago BOMA. All members of the Titan Security Group are fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation, and each member of management has received or is qualified to receive all necessary licenses from the IDPR.
Service Philosophy:
At Titan, we have established a culture that views premium service as the norm, not the exception. In a competitive industry such as ours, it is imperative for us to deliver a service offering that is “second to none”. To further strengthen our culture of service, we have incorporated our service philosophy in our basic officer training program and established an organizational structure that supports the delivery of superior, personal service to our clients.
We also extend this philosophy to our security officers and other employees. Our management team operates under the principle that our employees are our internal customers. Their overall satisfaction is the most important factor in our delivery of effective services to our customers. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority at Titan Security Services.
