Titan Security is always looking for applicants that will make good employees. We offer both Unarmed and Armed positions and if you have the right background you may qualify for a Supervisory or Management position.
What we provide for our employees:
- Our pay rates for new employees range from a minimum of $7.00 per hour to over $10.00 per hour Your pay rate would depend on your work experience and shift preference.
- All employees receive vacations after 1 year of service.
- All employees are offered Medical Insurance after meeting the minimum union requirements.
- Many of our accounts are within the Chicago city limits and most can be reached by pUblic transportation.
- Most employees are issued a basic company uniform at no or reduced cost.
- All employees are eligible for our motivational awards.
- We provide free "basic" certification training. We also provide Armed Guard Training at a reduced cost
What you must provide:
- You must be at least 18 years old, 21 for Armed positions, 26 for driving positions.
- You must pass our drug screening process. We are zero tolerant on drug usage, even during our employees off duty times.
- You must not have any criminal history.
- You must have a working telephone at your residence.
- You must have a Social Security card and evidence of eligibility to work in the U.S.
