Physical Security Services
Titan Security supplies Security Officers to more than 40 facilities throughout Chicago. The majority of our clients are Class A Commercial or High Rise Residential properties. However, we do service many medical and industrial sites.
Titan Security will provide you with the best Security Officers possible within the pay rates established. We will provide you the service at our lowest possible rate. Our management staff will work with you, the client, and our supervisory staff to insure that all responsibilities and duties of the security force are carried out in a professional manner.
In addition, we will, as part of our service provide the following:
- Titan will furnish a Certificate of Insurance by a carrier authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, evidencing Comprehensive General Liability coverage of $5,000,000. Our insurance provides protection for bodily injury and property damage caused by negligent acts of our security officers while in the performance of duties directed by Titan. Additionally, Titan provides Errors and Omissions coverage.
- Titan will provide an exclusive management system that integrates all aspects of security administration, such as: officer qualifications, training, selection, scheduling, payroll and client billing.
- Titan installs the "Pipe" system at all accounts. This is an electronic system to monitor security rounds. It gives our clients the ability to document the completion of all security rounds. A detailed report is given on the officer, start time, elapsed time and key stations made or missed.
- Titan maintains a fleet of marked, two-way radio equipped vehicles, to provide unannounced site inspections, supervision, and emergency response to employee or client needs.
- Titan Management will work with you to produce site specific Post Orders and will on a routine basis update them to keep all information current.

Titan Security is one part of the Titan Group family. As a group we work together to provide the best service possible. We understand that no one person knows all aspects of a security system. Therefore we bring specialists to help produce Security Surveys for our clients.
With this in mind, the Titan Group will perform a Security Survey on all aspects of the security at your facility within 30 days of the start of the contract.
- Titan Security will review the security officer procedures that are in place and if we find any inadequacies, make recommendations.
- Titan Electronics will review all alarms, monitors and CCTV systems. They will make recommendations for each system.
- On-Guard Training Academy will review the training procedures and Post Procedural Manual and develop a unique training program for the security officers at your location.
