What We Will Do
Titan Security’s goal is to provide you with the best Security Officers possible within the pay guidelines mutually established with our clients. Our management staff will work with you, the client, and our supervisory staff to insure that all responsibilities and duties of the security force are carried out in a professional and cost-efficient manner.
As part of our service we provide the following:
Certificate of Insurance
Titan will furnish a Certificate of Insurance by a carrier authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, evidencing Comprehensive General Liability aggregate coverage of $6,000,000. Our insurance provides protection for bodily injury and property damage caused by negligent acts of our security officers while in the performance of duties directed by Titan. Errors and Omissions coverage is included in Titan’s CGL coverage.
Telephonic check in system
Titan can provide a telephonic check in system for our employees assigned to your account. This system allows for our Payroll Supervisor to have a verifiable check on actual worked time vs. payroll. In addition, this system will alert our Operations Department if an Officer checks in late or checks out early.
Monitored Security Rounds
Titan installs, if requested by the client, the “Pipe System.” This is an electronic system to monitor security rounds. It gives our clients the ability to document the completion of all security rounds. A detailed report is given on the officer, start time, elapsed time and key stations made or missed.
Vehicle Fleet
Titan maintains a fleet of marked, two-way radio equipped vehicles, to provide unannounced site inspections, supervision, and emergency response to employee or client needs.
Post Orders
Titan Management will work with you to produce site specific Post Orders and will on a routine basis update them to keep all information current.
Full Service Security Operation
Titan Security Group is a full-service security operation. We have expertise in electronic security (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.), undercover investigations, labor disturbances, consultation, surveillance, executive protection, custom design security planning.
